Sourcing against a requirement
Requests rarely arrive as a part number. More often it is a job that has to be done — a new team starting, a machine that has failed, a site that needs equipment before a deadline. We translate that into a specification, check availability across supplier channels, and quote options rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it line.
Stock holding and dispatch
Where an order is phased, or where equipment has to arrive on a particular date rather than as soon as it is available, stock is held and released to a schedule. Dispatch is controlled and recorded, so what left and when is never in question.
Vendor coordination
Multi-item orders frequently span several suppliers. Coordinating them is our work rather than yours: you deal with one quotation, one delivery arrangement and one point of contact.
