We source against your requirement instead of asking you to pick from whatever happens to be in stock. Most of what we supply never appears on a website, so if it isn’t listed here, ask anyway.

We check availability through our supplier channels and come back with options — usually a like-for-like item plus an alternative that costs less or lasts longer, so the choice is yours.

Supply and support
Once the quote is accepted, stock is secured, dispatch is controlled and tracked, and you have a named contact for anything that follows delivery.
Pricing depends on specification, quantity, availability and delivery, so PMPEC works on quotation rather than published prices. You will never find a price on this site — you will get one against your requirement.

Can PMPEC source a specific product that is not shown on this website?
Yes. The categories on this site describe the kind of equipment we supply, not a fixed stock list. Send the make and model, a specification, or a description of what the equipment needs to do, and we will come back on availability and options.
Can I request a quote for bulk or multi-unit quantities?
Yes. Quantity requirements are a normal part of what we handle — from a small batch of laptops for a new team through to equipment for a full office or branch. Include the quantity and the delivery area in your request so the quote reflects the real requirement.
Does PMPEC supply businesses outside Gauteng?
PMPEC Solutions is based in the eastern suburbs of Johannesburg and supports clients across South Africa. Tell us where the delivery is going and it will be covered in the quotation.
Can PMPEC assist with a complete technology setup rather than single items?
Yes. A typical request is a whole working position or a whole office: computers, displays, peripherals, networking, backup power and the accessories that hold it together. We quote the setup as a package so nothing is missed at the last minute.
Does PMPEC supply refurbished equipment as well as new?
Both. Refurbished equipment is a practical option where the budget is tight or where the role does not need current-generation hardware. We will set out what each option means for warranty and expected service life so the comparison is a fair one.
